The terms of reference for the T.A.C. will be:

  1. Examination and approval of all Flood Control Schemes in the U.T. of Delhi prepared by Flood Control Wing and other departments like M.C.D., N.D.M.C. and D.D.A etc.
  2. Arrangement for collection of the requisite data in accordance with the approved programme.
  3. Organization of flood warning system for the U.T. of Delhi.
  4. Working out necessary remedial measures and relative priorities.
  5. Implementation of approved schemes in accordance with authorized schedules of constructions.
  6. Arrangements for efficient maintenance of Flood Control Works.
  7. Technical advice on any other connected matters referred to by the Flood Control Board of U.T. of Delhi.
